I grew up in Doniphan County attending Wathena High School and currently reside in Highland, Kansas. I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. During the summer months I can be found on wheat harvest with my husband, Joe. My education career started as a para for DCEC and then evolved to becoming a classroom teacher. I received my BS in Elementary Education from Missouri Western State University in 2017. Since then, I have been in the classroom teaching 4th-6th grade in various subject areas.
