Hello! My name is Staci Prawl, and I teach 2nd grade at Troy Grade School. My husband, Toby, and I currently live in Severance, KS but we both grew up in Troy and graduated from Troy High School. We have two daughters, Bryce, who is a marketing major in Oklahoma and Brylie, who is a nursing major at Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. I have been an educator for over a decade. I have taught preschool, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and Elementary Art. I have also been a substitute teacher throughout the years, covering each grade and section from preschool through high school. I have taught in both private and public schools from 1A to 6A in size. After graduating Troy High School in 1996, I attended Highland Community College where I graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in 1998. From there, I took time to raise my own children and teach preschool. In 2025, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. My hobbies include traveling (especially National Parks!), reading, playing with my two doodles, Daisy and Scout, hanging out with my extended family, and cheering on the K-State Wildcats!
