Troy USD 429 Patrons,

The district sends out notifications and alerts, which include school closings and time changes, via our Trojan Alerts text messaging/e-mail notifications system. the Trojan Alerts system is provided through TextCaster and graciously sponsored by Morrill & Janes Bank. There is no cost to sign up but you may be charged per text message received by your cell phone provider depending on the messaging plan you have.

Any interested patron may sign up via the TextCaster button on the right-hand side of the Troy USD home page or directly via this link. Many times messages are sent out to everyone but to make sure you receive messages designated only for your building, be sure to choose the building (or both) under the “Message Groups” setting when signing up or if already signed up, by changing your settings.

If you have changed cell phone numbers or need to change your TextCaster settings, click the  link at the bottom of the TextCaster signup page that says “Unsubscribe / Change Message Preferences”. If you need any further assistance, let me know and I will be happy to assist.
