Thrower’s Relay (400m)

              The thrower’s relay will be 1 race for girls and boys, and you may combine 7^th and 8^th graders. They must throw the shot put or discus.  No team points will be awarded, but medals will be given. There is no place for entering them so just let me know at the coaches meeting.
