Student Bio-Metric Data Permission form for HS/MS Lunch Program:

Due to passage of SB367: Student Data Privacy Act (SDPA) by the Kansas legislature, schools must now gain parent permission in order to collect biometric student data. Due to the fact that the Troy MS/HS lunch program uses a fingerprint scanner we must get your permission to obtain your student’s fingerprint.
